Don't forget to pack those beach towels! **The upper floor of the garage, EV chargers and tennis/pickleball courts will be closed for access beginning 1/12/26. Weather conditions pending, they should be closed until end of March. This is to make concrete repairs, decks recoated and courts resurfaced.** Pelican Beach Cafe winter hours: Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 3pm-8pm

Pelican Beach Resort is centrally located to everything Destin has to offer. *Walking/running trails cross the resort entrance. *Beautiful Henderson State Park is just a walk down the beach. *Big Kahuna Waterpark, The Track, Shake's Frozen Custard, The Pancakery...too many things nearby to list them all! *Target and Winn-Dixie close by *Order in or dine out at the many nearby restaurants. *Grocery pick-up or delivery available through Publix (Shipt), Winn-Dixie (Shipt), or Walmart (Instacart). Or use Destin Grocery Girls to have your shopping done for you and waiting in the condo!

*All resort amenities at Pelican Beach Resort AS WELL AS The Terrace are available to our guests. *4 pools are open year round - 2 heated in the off-season. * Pelican Cafe' open March 1 through end of October (Jan-Feb: limited times and menu) *Tiki Bar open March 1 through November 1. *Beach service available March 1 thru November (LDV) DECEMBER ‘25 - FEBRUARY ‘26: The HOA is planning a project to coat/seal the upper floor and the ramp of our parking garage as well as both tennis courts, and to replace the fencing around the courts. During this period, the upper parking garage, tennis/pickleball courts and EV chargers cannot be accessed.
