Booking guest must be at least 22 years of AGE. POOL: Absolutely no glass. No children swimming without adult supervision. GRILLS: Grills must stay 10 ft away from the house when in use. Please clean grill and turn off propane after use. UNAPPROVED LATE CHECK-OUT: Our cleaners are on a very tight schedule. It's a big house to clean! Unapproved late check-out will incur a $200/hr fee.

# **🐶💛 DOGS WELCOME!!** Bring the pups — we love furry guests! • Up to **2 dogs**: $100 for the first, $25 for the second • Food bowls, baby gates & poop bags ready to go • Dogs must stay **leashed** outside • **No pups in the pool** (even if they think they’re mermaids) • Please keep them off the furniture — or lay down a beach towel if they insist on snuggle time 🐾 --- # **🚭 NO SMOKING — ZERO, ZIP, NONE** Absolutely **no smoking** inside or near open windows/doors. But we also adore our neighbors, so please keep outdoor noise down between **10pm–8am**. --- # **🛠️ DAMAGES** Your cleaning fee covers normal cleaning only. Anything beyond that — damaged or missing items, stained linens, excessive trash, extra pool cleaning, etc. — will be charged to the guest.
